Participation Fees:
Early-Bird registration fee is to be paid before the 25th of May 2016: 300 Euro
Regular conference fee: 400 Euro
Student’s fee (Bachelor, Master and PhD): 100 Euro
Accompanying person fee: 50 Euro

For your payment to be successful, you need to fill out the following Agreement. The example of the Agreement can be downloaded here. The scanned version of the signed Agreement should be send to icmf14(at)urfu.ru
The conference fee includes:
- admission to the conference;
- audio-visual equipment hire;
- conference material (conference program and book of abstracts);
- coffee breaks;
- JMMM/MHD publication fee;
- transfer airport-Ekaterinburg-airport.
Thanks to the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science we are able to reduce the registration fee for the participants from Russian Federation, Belorussia and Kazakhstan:
Reduced conference fee: 4000 Rub
Reduced student’s fee (Bachelor, Master and PhD): 1000 Rub
Reduced accompanying person fee: 1000 Rub
